To meet the rapidly changing needs of contact centers, The Call Center School is undergoing a transformation. This includes retiring our current learning platform to launch a new hosted solution later in the year. During this time, we are able to service customers who meet the following criteria:
- My company has a Learning Management System (LMS).
- I would like to train at least 50 agents or at least 15 supervisors, QA, or WFM professionals.
