In case you are dissatisfied with a program, please use the contact form to request a refund.

Refunds will be payed out to the payment method that was used to pay the order. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.

Exceptions

Refund requests may be rejected for programs with a completion of more than 50%.

To protect from abuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to cancel accounts of customers that repeatedly refund purchases over an extended period.
