Training Delivery Options
Classroom Training
The Call Center School offers traditional classroom seminars on a wide variety of topics. All classes are taught by a member of our senior faculty and are designed to be practical, hands-on learning experiences. Each class includes a mix of faculty instruction, individual and group learning activities, and practical case problem application.

In addition to public classroom programs, The Call Center School can deliver any topic or set of topics at your site as a private classroom seminar. Custom seminars can be developed that include a combination of our standard content or content developed specifically for your unique needs.
Our most popular classroom programs include Customer Service Fundamentals classes for frontline staff, Call Center Supervision and Elements of Coaching/Motivation for call center supervisors, Workforce Management 1-2-3 for workforce planners and analysts, and Quality Assurance programs for your quality team.
The price for an on-site classroom program is $ 4,000 per day, plus instructor travel and living expenses and cost for student workbooks.
Web Seminars
The Call Center School was the first in the industry to offer educational “tracks” of sessions via our award-winning Masters Series in Call Center Management. Each web seminar has been built as an interactive learning experience, with real-time polling and class activities, along with post-class application problems, references, and activities to put newly acquired knowledge to work immediately.

All the public web seminar topics are also available for private web delivery. We can schedule any program at a time and date convenient for your schedule.
Pricing for public web seminars is $300 per topic ($275 each for 5 or more; $250 each for 10 or more). An unlimited number of students may attend around a single web/audio connection, making this a very cost-effective way to train multiple students.
e-Learning Programs
The Call Center School has a large library of call center training programs that students may access at their own pace and schedule via computer-based training. Most of our popular classroom and web seminar topics are available as self-paced e-learning modules.
Corporate Licensing/Train-the-Trainer
Your company can license any of The Call Center School’s content for delivery by your own trainers. Licensing fees include all course materials, learning activities, facilitator guides, and ongoing support from The Call Center School faculty — everything you’ll need to ensure the success of your own training program.
