Cancellation and Return Policy
The Call Center School wants to ensure your satisfaction with anything that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please notify us immediately. We will make it right through an exchange for another program, a credit against future training, or a refund. If you are unable to attend any training program that you have ordered, please advise us as soon as you can and we will reschedule you for the next available course on that topic or provide a credit on your account if needed. While we do not anticipate such a thing ever happening, should The Call Center School need to cancel a program, we will notify all participants as soon as possible and make arrangements for another option if possible.
