Upon completion of the Call Center Supervision core training curriculum, take the online mastery exam to earn Mastery Certification in Call Center Supervision from The Call Center School.

Students completing courses in The Call Center School's Call Center Supervision curriculum are eligible to test for Mastery Certification.

The exam covers course content from these ten core courses:

3 - Setting the Standards
4 - DCW Model
5 - Fundamentals of Coaching
6 - Motivation Marvels
7 - Teamwork Template
8 - Introduction to Workforce Management
9 - Key Performance Indicators
10 - Call Center Technologies

Students take the open-book exam online in a proctored, secure environment. A score of 80% or higher earns Mastery Certification in Call Center Supervision.

A Mastery Certificate (suitable for framing) will be mailed within 10 days of successful completion of the mastery exam.
