Mastery Certification Exam
Call Center Supervision Coaching

Students completing these three courses in The Call Center School's Call Center Supervision curriculum are eligible to test for Mastery Certification.

The exam covers content from the following courses:

Course 1 - Setting the Standards
Course 2 - DCW Model
Course 3 - Performance Coaching

Students take the open-book exam online in a proctored, secure environment. A score of 80% or higher earns Mastery Certification in Call Center Supervision Coaching.

A Mastery Certificate (suitable for framing) will be mailed within 10 days of successful completion of the mastery exam.
