Mastery Certification - Workforce Management (online exam):

Upon completion of the Workforce Management core training curriculum, take the online mastery exam to earn Mastery Certification in Call Center Workforce Management from The Call Center School.

Workforce Management

Students completing courses in The Call Center School's Call Center Workforce Management curriculum are eligible to test for Mastery Certification.

The exam covers course content from these five core courses:
1 - Data Collection/Analysis
2 - Forecasting Fundamentals
3 - Calculating Call Center Staff
4 - Scheduling Principles and Problems
5 - Managing Daily Call Center Service


Students take the open-book exam online in a proctored, secure environment. A score of 80% or higher earns Mastery Certification in Workforce Management.

A Mastery Certificate (suitable for framing) will be mailed within 10 days of successful completion of the mastery exam.
