Upon completion of the Operations and Business Management core training curriculum, take the online mastery exam to earn Mastery Certification in Call Center Operations from The Call Center School.

Mastery Certification Exam
Operations and Business Management

Students completing courses in The Call Center School's Call Center Operations and Business Management curriculum are eligible to test for Mastery Certification.

The exam covers course content from these five core courses:
1 - Winning Vision
2 - Dollars and Sense
3 - Making the Case
4 - Business Process Improvement
5 - Analytics and Reporting


Students take the open-book exam online in a proctored, secure environment. A score of 80% or higher earns Mastery Certification in Call Center Operations and Business Management.

A Mastery Certificate (suitable for framing) will be mailed within 10 days of successful completion of the mastery exam.
