Mastery Certification Exam
Frontline Fundamentals

Students completing courses in The Call Center School's Frontline Fundamentals curriculum are eligible to test for Mastery Certification.

The exam covers course content from these five core courses:
1 - Power of One
2 - Vocal Makeover
3 - First Class Phone Manners
4 - Power Phrasing
5 - Tyrant Turnaround

Students take the open-book exam online in a proctored, secure environment. A score of 80% or higher earns Mastery Certification in Frontline Fundamentals.

A Mastery Certificate (suitable for framing) will be mailed within 10 days of successful completion of the mastery exam.
