Upon completion of the Telephone Sales core training curriculum, take the online mastery exam to earn Mastery Certification in Telephone Sales from The Call Center School.
Mastery Certification Exam
Telephone Sales

Students completing courses in The Call Center School's Telephone Sales curriculum are eligible to test for Mastery Certification.

The exam covers course content from these four core courses:
1 – Selling Through Service
2 – Anatomy of a Sales Call
3 – Sales Coaching for Supervisors
4 – Building a Sales Operation

Students take the open-book exam online in a proctored, secure environment. A score of 80% or higher earns Mastery Certification in Telephone Sales.

A Mastery Certificate (suitable for framing) will be mailed within 10 days of successful completion of the mastery exam.
