Mastery Certification Exam
Customer Surveying

Students completing courses in The Call Center School's Customer Surveying curriculum are eligible to test for Mastery Certification.

The exam covers course content from these eight core courses:
1 – Customer Surveying Overview
2 – The Questionnaire Design Process
3 – Questionnaire Design Elements
4 – Questionnaire Design Principles
5 – Survey Question Formats
6 – Elements of Survey Administration
7 – Survey Data Analysis
8 – Advanced Survey Data Analysis

Students take the open-book exam online in a proctored, secure environment. A score of 80% or higher earns Mastery Certification in Customer Surveying.

A Mastery Certificate (suitable for framing) will be mailed within 10 days of successful completion of the mastery exam.
