As a service to industry
vendors, The Call Center School has developed a program to assist in marketing
and selling to the call center industry.
This set of services, called the Educational Marketing Suite, consists of the
following types of support in bringing a new product to market or promoting an
existing one:
- Market research
- Competitive analysis and benchmarking
- Conference speech development and program placement
- Preparation for awards programs
- Article creation and assistance in trade publication placement
- Seminar creation and delivery (traditional and/or web-based)
In addition, The Call Center School can deliver a standard or customized
program to vendor sales staff called The ABCs of Selling to Call
Centers.
