Companies that operate large call centers may have an ongoing need for training programs that will be offered to existing employees and to new-hire trainees over a period of time. Development of course content, learning tools, case problems, pre-assessment tests, final examinations, and handouts can be a major effort requiring subject matter expertise, instructional design capabilities, and/or training time. These resources may not be available in the short-term or long-term through your company's in-house training staff. These are ideal situations for licensing of programs from The Call Center School.
The Call Center School provides a licensing arrangement for those centers that would like to make our course content part of an internal training curriculum. We can license any of our programs for internal use in a "train-the-trainer" arrangement. A license arrangement provides full trainer support, materials, and quality instruction needed for successful second- or third-party delivery.
Our educational programs have been organized into 90-minute training modules. This modular nature of the content allows an organization to select only the specific content needed to address specific training gaps or to complement existing internal training programs or a broad corporate university curriculum. The modules can be licensed separately or as a "track" and combined in whatever way your training department prefers.
With a corporate license, you are granted in-house use of the content and materials of the programs that have already been designed by The Call Center School. These programs can be licensed with confidence, knowing that they have been designed by experts in the field and have been used to train hundreds of call center personnel successfully.
The license fee includes the PowerPoint slides for the course material, a detailed facilitator guide, student handout materials, and specific training tools needed to deliver the course. In addition, our licensing fees cover the training of the intended trainers at your site to ensure that they are successful in the delivery of the content in a professional and informed manner. Ongoing support via email and phone to handle questions can also be provided if desired.
Many organizations choose to utilize all or parts of the TCCS curriculum as part of a certification program. This program may be an internal certification process based upon the unique requirements of the business. As an alternative, students can be provided a certificate of completion by The Call Center School upon completion of a track of programs and successful testing through a TCCS-administered process. The courses are also designed to support students who wish to test and be certified by the CIAC industry-wide body as well.
