The Call Center School, LLC (TCCS) announces the availability of its popular workforce management and supervisory training curriculum as self-paced e-learning programs. In addition to training options via classroom seminars and instructor-led web seminars, the full workforce management and supervisory programs are now available as mini-courses which can be licensed as single courses or as a comprehensive full curriculum via the Internet.
