Call Center Certification
The Call Center School Mastery Certification
Students who attend all of the required core courses or sub-core courses in any of the Frontline Fundamentals, Telephone Sales, Call Center Supervision, Workforce Management, Operations/Business Management, Quality Assurance, or Customer Surveying seminar programs may take our Mastery Exam to earn certification. It is an online, open-book exam, so we encourage our students to take good notes during the classes.
Students achieving an 80% or higher score on the exam will receive certification from The Call Center School. There is a $25 certification processing fee per student.

The Senior Partners at The Call Center School have been involved in the certification movement since its beginning in 1995, serving on the initial Call Center Industry Advisory Council (CIAC) Board during its formation. Our faculty members were among the first in the industry to earn CIAC Certified Call Center Management Consultant designation. The TCCS training programs can assist industry professionals with preparation for these certification exams with our Call Center Supervision curriculum covering the learning objectives and content of the People Management certification and our Operations/Business Management curriculum covering topics in the Operations Management certification exam.
The Call Center School can assist workforce planning professionals in preparing for The Society of Workforce Planning Professionals (SWPP) specialized certification testing. Those individuals pursuing certification as a Certified Workforce Planning Professional (CWPP) will be tested in three subject areas (Planning and Strategy, Staffing and Scheduling, and Managing Daily Staffing and Service).
