The Call Center School, a training and educational organization which provides resources and tools for professionals in the call center industry, has announced an incentive for individuals who join the Society of Workforce Planning Professionals (SWPP).

SWPP, which comprises workforce planners across all industries, welcomes individuals to take a free course from the Call Center School. The SWPP exists to help facilitate education and networking opportunities for these professionals, and the call center course will help them to better manage call centers and their employees.

Also available to SWPP members is one of The Call Center School's instructional books. Call Center Staffing: The Complete Practical Guide to Workforce Management, written by Penny Reynolds. Available at a discount to SWPP members, the book contains valuable information on the topic of call center staffing practices.

Call Center Staffing provides step-by-step guides to forecasting call center workloads, calculating staff requirements, creating schedules, tracking daily workforce performance and managing call centers within the day.
