Our senior faculty members at The Call Center School each have over twenty years experience in the call center industry. We bring to our classes and client projects wide and varied backgrounds as call center managers, call center consultants, industry vendors, and educators.

Our developers and instructors are widely known in the call center industry. We frequently deliver executive briefings, provide keynote and workshop presentations at the major industry conferences, are regular contributors to call center trade publications, and have received numerous industry awards and recognition.
